Company History
CMC Interconnect Technologies was founded in 2003 by a group of packaging industry veterans. From the company's inception, CMC's focus has been to provide high level technical and business support in the area of advanced materials to the electronics industry.
Today, CMC has over 100 clients which range from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. These clients include advanced materials suppliers, semiconductor device manufacturers, packaging foundries, assembly companies, passive component fabricators and investors.
CMC's business and technical services clients include many of the largest semiconductor and electronic materials companies worldwide. CMC supports clients in North America, Europe and throughout Asia including China, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
CMC's staff has a broad range of materials related expertise focused on electronic applications. This group of professionals comes from a wide range of companies, including IBM, Medtronic, LSI Logic, Shinko, AMD, Honeywell, Xerox, Motorola, BP, Carborundum Microelectronics and CMC Wireless Components.
